The Seattle Sauna Festival is the Pacific Northwest’s first large-scale gathering dedicated to the art of sauna, wellness, and community connection.

This two-day celebration invites guests to step into the steam and experience the magic of sauna culture through sauna sessions, cold plunges, live music, and Nordic-inspired food and drinks.

Whether you’re brand-new to the tradition or a seasoned sauna lover, this festival is your invitation to relax, renew, and celebrate sauna culture—Seattle style.

Purchase a ticket for a timed session.  This includes access to the saunas, cold plunges, and gathering spaces.

Arrive at the National Nordic Museum freshly showered with a bathing suit and towel for inside the saunas, a robe and flip-flops/easily removed shoes to wear outside of the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.  We recommend coming already dressed to maximize sauna time, but we will have dressing rooms and small lockers available (just bring your own lock).
