1-SPONSOR AND ELIGIBILITY

Sponsor: R. Michael Davis & Associates LLC., 505 Broadway E #284, Seattle, WA 98102

Administrator: R. Michael Davis & Associates LLC.

Eligibility: legal residents of Washington State aged 18 or older at entry. Sponsor/administrator personnel involved in the giveaway, their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2-GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Entries open Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PT and close November 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. All entries and bonus-entry evidence must be received within this period. Pacific Time means the local time in Seattle on the relevant date; daylight saving time ends November 1, 2026.

3-HOW TO ENTER

Using your own Instagram account, follow the @seattlesaunafestival account on Instagram and comment on the designated giveaway post with your favorite hot or cold emoji and one person’s @mention: someone you would like to sit beside in a sauna or at a Kraken game. A qualifying comment plus the follow earns one entry. The tagged person is not automatically entered and need not be your eventual guest.

After completing that entry, share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and @mention @seattlesaunafestival for one bonus entry. If your account is private or the mention does not reach us, DM a screenshot of the live Story before closing, showing your username, shared post and account mention. Keep the original for verification. Public and private accounts use the same evidence requirements.

Limit two entries per person across all accounts: one base entry and one verified Story bonus. Extra comments, tags or shares do not earn more entries. A bonus requires a valid base entry. Follow status will be checked before the draw. No purchase, payment, newsletter signup or festival attendance is required. Do not falsely tag people in photos.

4-PRIZES

Ten prizes are available, each consisting of two tickets to Seattle Kraken vs. New York Rangers, November 7, 2026, at 2 p.m. PT, Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle. Limit one prize per person. Prize retail value: $409.48 per pair of tickets; total retail value of all 10 prizes: $4,094.80. Seattle Sauna Festival does not offer cash redemption, trades, exchanges, substitutions, refunds, rescheduling or cancellations for the prize. Festival tickets, travel, parking, meals and other expenses are not included. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. No fee is charged to enter, claim or receive the prize.

5-SELECTION AND ODDS

On November 4, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT, Sponsor will randomly select 10 potential winners from all eligible entries received. Each valid entry has an equal chance; odds depend on the number of eligible entries. After a person is selected, their remaining entry, if any, will be removed. Comments are not judged for creativity or merit. You do not need to be present at the drawing.

6-NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

Potential winners will receive a DM only from the @seattlesaunafestival Instagram account on November 4, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT. Respond within 24 hours of the message and provide your name, ticket-transfer email and reasonable confirmation of age/residency. Never provide payment details to claim. If a person is ineligible, cannot be reached, declines or misses the deadline, Sponsor may randomly draw and DM an alternate from the remaining eligible entries on November 5, 2026, at 11 a.m. PT. Alternates have 24 hours to respond, by November 6 at 11 a.m. PT. Sponsor will document any prizes that cannot be awarded from the eligible pool in time for the game.

Sponsor will arrange mobile ticket transfers by November 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. PT. Winners should accept and check their tickets promptly. No additional purchase, publicity agreement or unannounced condition is required to claim.

7-TICKET CONDITIONS

Tickets are subject to the applicable team, venue and ticket-provider terms, including admission and security requirements. Winners and guests are responsible for meeting those requirements. Winners must contact the ticket provider directly for information about its policies, including any policies on redemption, trades, exchanges, substitutions, refunds, rescheduling or cancellations. Seattle Sauna Festival does not interpret or convey those policies or facilitate related requests on winners’ behalf. This giveaway does not promise that the ticket provider offers any redemption, trade, exchange, substitution or refund. Seattle Kraken tickets have been provided for this giveaway; this promotion is not an official partnership with the Seattle Kraken.

8-PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and deliver prizes. It is not automatic consent to marketing. Any use of a winner’s photo, testimonial or entry for later marketing requires separate permission. No broad publicity licence is required to enter or win.

9-INSTAGRAM

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from liability arising from this promotion, to the extent permitted by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not Instagram.

10-FAIR ADMINISTRATION

Automated, fraudulent or duplicate entries beyond the stated limit may be rejected. Sponsor will apply these rules consistently. If an outage or other issue materially prevents fair administration, Sponsor will post a notice on the giveaway post and rules page and take a lawful, proportionate remedy; it will not silently change the entry conditions.
